FAQ
Everything you need to know before your first rental.
01What is copy trading on Hyperliquid?
Copy trading means automatically reproducing the trades of an experienced trader. On HyperTrader, you pick an on-chain verified trader from the shop, and every order they place on Hyperliquid is copied in proportion to your budget — within seconds, 24/7. Nothing to analyze, nothing to monitor.
02How do I get free trading signals?
When you sign up, you get a $20 balance — no credit card required. That balance covers your first rentals: as soon as you rent a trader (from $5/month), their buy and sell signals reach you live on Telegram or Discord, without paying out of pocket.
03What is HyperTrader?
Real HyperLiquid traders, hand-picked and verifiable , trading for you: crypto, stocks, indices and commodities. Each trader is a card. You rent it monthly, slot it in, and follow their trades. Two modes:
- SIM mode — free, simulated. In the browser, with virtual money (Credits). Our server copies your traders' trades into your virtual desk and sends you their signals on Telegram. Zero risk: perfect to discover the product and compare traders.
- APP mode — an app on your PC. The Windows app connects to your own HyperLiquid account and executes the trades locally, up to 8 traders at once. We never touch your key, your account, or your funds.
We are not a financial advisor. Our job: publish the signals and provide the tool. Yours: decide who you follow.
04How does APP mode (the app) work?
APP mode lives 100% inside a local app (Windows), not in the browser. Non-custodial: everything stays on your side.
- You install the app on your computer.
- You pair it once to your account via /connect — the only APP-mode step that goes through the site.
- The app uses a HyperLiquid Agent Wallet: a key that can only trade, never withdraw your funds. Your seed phrase is never requested.
- You drag a card into a slot and flip COPY ON. The app copies that trader on your account, up to 8 traders in parallel. Telegram or Discord notifications are optional.
Prefer to stay hands-on? The “Telegram only” channel (see pricing) sends you the signals and you execute them yourself on hyperliquid.xyz. Every trade stays verifiable .
05How do the signals work?
Our engine watches, day and night, the of the catalogue traders. Each time a trader opens or closes a (coin, side, size, price, time), the information goes out immediately:
- SIM mode — simulated copy in your virtual desk, and signals sent to Telegram or Discord, included by default.
- APP mode (app) — the app copies the trade on your HyperLiquid account. Telegram notifications are optional.
- Telegram-only channel — you receive the signals and execute them yourself.
Signals are identical for everyone renting the same card: non-personalized, so an information service, not investment advice.
06What exactly is a card?
A card is access to a given trader's trades, rented monthly. While your rental is active, you follow their trades. You stop whenever you want, no commitment.
On each card you see:
- Its score out of 100 and its tier (Rare, Epic, Legend) — the tier sets the rental price, nothing else
- Its style (scalper, intraday, swing) and the average duration of its positions
- Its results over 7, 30 and 90 days (win rate, return, order count)
- Its minimum budget and its discipline score (both explained below)
Copying follows ALL of the trader's coins: you reproduce their complete strategy, not a hand-picked slice. That's what makes your results look like theirs.
07How does mirror mode work?
Mirror mode copies each trader in proportion to their own account. If they commit 2% of their account to a coin, your sub-account commits 2% of your budget to the same coin — same direction, same leverage, same moment. If they close 40% of their position, you close 40% of yours. If they're flat, you're flat.
Nothing to configure: no risk profile, no formula to learn. Your budget sets the scale, the trader makes the decisions. One protection stays in your hands: the Max Drawback (the sub-account's circuit breaker). SIM mode and APP mode use exactly the same copying rules.
08What is a trader's minimum budget?
Hyperliquid rejects any order under $10. Since mirroring copies proportionally, too small a budget would produce order copies below that threshold — and those orders would be lost. A copy that skips orders no longer resembles the trader: it can lose where they win.
Every night, we replay each trader's recent orders and compute the smallest budget that copies EVERYTHING without losing a single order: that's the MIN shown on their card. Below it, activation is blocked — not to limit you, but to protect you from a crippled copy.
Each trader has their own: a trader who enters in one shot needs little; a trader who splits entries into dozens of small slices needs more, because every copied slice must clear the $10 threshold.
09How is the discipline score calculated?
Discipline measures how consistent a trader is when they lose — not their gains. A Legend isn't a lucky kamikaze: it's someone who cuts losses the same way, month after month.
- The biggest share of the score: how consistent their losing exits are. A disciplined trader cuts at roughly the same distance from entry, every time. One who cuts ten times at 1% then lets a 30% loss run loses points.
- One share checks that their average win is at least as big as their average loss.
- One share penalizes — getting liquidated means losing control.
- A bonus rewards accumulated winning months, net of fees.
A trader without enough loss history simply gets no score — we don't invent numbers. A 100 means losses cut with metronome-like consistency.
10What's the difference between PnL and return?
The is the result in DOLLARS: how much the trader made or lost. Return is the same result as a PERCENTAGE of their capital. A $50,000 PnL is +50% on a $100,000 account… but +5% on a one-million account.
Since mirroring copies proportionally, return is what matters to you: your copy targets their PERCENTAGE, at the scale of your budget. A trader up +12% on the month targets +12% on your sub-account — whether you give them $200 or $2,000.
One last detail that matters: we strip deposits and withdrawals out of the math. A trader who deposits $10,000 hasn't earned $10,000 — their curve goes up, not their skill. Our returns are cleaned of those movements.
11What are the safety nets?
Two protections, from the sub-account to the whole account:
- Per-sub-account circuit breaker (Max Drawback) — if a sub-account loses the threshold you set, all its positions are closed at market, immediately. Your other sub-accounts continue. Each card shows a recommended threshold, computed from the trader's actual worst day.
- Global emergency stop — if all your sub-accounts together lose the global threshold you set, everything stops at once.
And that's it, on purpose: the trader manages their own exits, and the mirror copies them faithfully. Adding our own stops on top would be trading in their place.
12SIM mode vs APP mode — is the math the same?
Yes, identical, and we hold ourselves to it. Same signals at the same moments, same risk formulas, same stops, same nets. SIM mode is the dress rehearsal for APP mode: what the simulation shows you, the app reproduces on your account, give or take fees and .
13How much does it cost?
You don't own a card — you rent it monthly. The price depends on the trader's tier — and everything is included: 📩 live Telegram signals AND ⚙️ automatic execution in the app.
| Tier | Price (Telegram + App included) |
|---|---|
| Rare | 5$/mo |
| Epic | 10$/mo |
| Legend | 20$/mo |
- $20 free at sign-up — credited to your rental balance, no credit card required. Enough to cover your first rentals: purchases draw from this balance first, your credit card only kicks in when it doesn't cover.
- Unlimited exchange guarantee — swap a trader for another of the same tier, free, as many times as you want, for life.
- All-access plan : 50$/mo (every card at once — Telegram + App).
- No performance fee — we never take a cut of your gains.
- Payment via Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card). Cancel anytime.
14What are Credits?
are SIM mode's virtual money. You get $4,000 virtual at sign-up, spread it across your cards (4 free slots), and the simulation computes your results exactly as if it were real — with nothing at stake.
Credits are not real money. They can't be converted or withdrawn. When you move to APP mode, you trade with your own HyperLiquid account.
15How do I activate a card?
- In SIM mode (browser): put the card in charge of a sub-account, allocate at least its minimum budget in Credits, activate. The mirror copies the trader in your virtual desk.
- In APP mode (Windows app): drag the card into a sub-account, allocate at least its minimum budget, flip COPY ON. The app copies the trader on your HyperLiquid account.
You can deactivate anytime, on both sides. The trader's history stays visible on their card.
16Does HyperTrader touch my money?
Never.
- No withdrawal key, no in our hands.
- The app uses a HyperLiquid Agent Wallet: a key that can trade, never withdraw.
- Your HyperLiquid account stays fully under your control, at all times.
The only payment we receive: your monthly rental, via Stripe. No cut of your gains.
17How do I cancel? What about refunds?
Rental is monthly and commitment-free. Go to My account → Cashier → Manage my rentals: the Stripe portal cancels any rental in one click. Cancelling stops the next charge; the month already paid runs to its end. You can re-rent the same trader anytime, no penalty.
We also refund, no questions asked:
- a technical failure that prevented you from receiving what you rent (the month is refunded);
- an accidental double charge;
- proven fraud (we cooperate with your bank and Stripe).
Support: /support.
18Can I lose money?
In SIM mode: no. It's a simulation with virtual money.
In APP mode: yes, potentially everything. are a highly risky instrument:
- the (up to 50× on some markets) amplifies gains AND losses;
- past performance guarantees nothing: a profitable trader can turn unprofitable without warning;
- sharp crashes and can empty an account in minutes.
Never risk more than you can afford to lose. Don't trade with borrowed money.
